No matter how large or small the job, Doug believes every client deserves to have a Professional Land Surveyor 100% involved with their project when they call for a survey. He is known for being thorough, taking responsibility, and the preciseness of his measurements.

Meet Doug

Doug has 20 years of experience as a land surveyor and holds Associate Degrees in Land Surveying and Forestry from Glenville State College. He is a Licensed Professional Surveyor in West Virginia and Pennsylvania and holds membership in both state’s professional societies.

When he is not surveying, Doug enjoys outdoor adventures and building. Doug lives in Morgantown, WV with his wife and their three children.

As co-owner, Laura provides vision and planning for Bell Land Surveying. She has a unique passion for project development. Laura has 15+ years of experience working with people as they make optimum use of property: land conservationists, recreational developers, small businesses, bankers, housing developers, and real estate professionals.
